Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) may help protect the lungs

Long-term, regular use of vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) supplements (600 IU”s per day) appears to reduce by 10% the risk of chronic obstructive lung disease or COPD in women, according to a new study.
