Is there a difference between Noni Juice and GoJi Juice? From what I have read, they seem to be very similar? Also is capsule form recommended? Thank You, Carolyn
Dear Carolyn, The only similarity is that they are both fruits and both good for you. Every fruit possesses its own unique characteristics. That's why we need to consume a variety of fruit and Vegetables rather than just an apple or lettuce.
I feel liquid is the preferable delivery method for nutritional products, when available.
