I have had some problems with diverticulosis and was wandering what could help prevent and or relieve flare-ups
Probiotic Flora-Health (1/day) and Noni Juice (1 oz. 2x/day) would be a good start. I would also get this book, Breaking the Vicious Cycle and follow its recommendations. Starch, gluten, and beans are most likely irritating the intestines contributing to the prolongation or severity of your condition. Eliminating dairy (cow’s milk products) wouldn’t hurt either.
