Whey Protein and Lactose Intollerance

Q: HI, I am confused about all the protein isolates in the market, some say isolated protein others not, and some say lactose free others not, how it can be lactose free if came form the cheese, can you explain for me the difference between yours and the ones in the market on the regular food stores.

Thanks

Andrea
HAVE A GREAT DAY!

A: Andrea,

Whey Protein Isolate is the purest form of whey protein and the since it’s 100% protein it doesn’t contain sugar (lactose). A lactose sensitive person CAN have whey protein. A (dairy) sensitive person is usually sensitive to the casein (milk) protein, not the lactose. I have used whey isolate in my practice for almost 20 years and only the most dairy intolerant people can’t take it.

I only recommend whey as a protein supplement because it also contains immunoglobulins (immune boosters) plus it’s an amazing L-glutathione (immune) booster.

If you are looking for a top-notch whey protein powder, ours is great.
