That’s a good question. Actually you can take all three at regular dosages each day. One ounce of Goji Juice, one ounce of Noni Juice and around 1,000-1,200mg of Coral Calcium. If you want to alternate the juices you can do that too but you will lose some of the therapeutic benefit of each juice.
